9:40 Those things are basically profile ornaments that show on your profile during the game. It's usually unlocked during some events or as a ranked reward. It's purely cosmetic. The ornaments the opponent has were in Dragon Boat Festival event where you competed by eating Zongzi (sticky rice balls/cakes) and you got them as the reward.

What do you mean? There are no attachments on the center guy if that's what you mean. But some cards buff the others.
