Hi, this one is solid woods and has binding all over. They only recently started making a 16' Soco with a laminated body. They do make a 15' body I-35 laminated.

I've got the same model SoCo Deluxe which I run through a Victoria Golden Melody and I must say it's Tone Heaven! The Custom Alder Block Bill designed into the SoCo sets the guitar apart from any other in the world! Best I've ever touched... Gibson...Watch Out! Collings Shames you! "Doc"
