This is perfect. What's the price with these options? We wanted a Helicon with this bathroom but they said they couldn't do it. That wall stove and master bathroom sets it apart.

Highly disappointed in this video, people Want to know the prices of these modular homes we don’t just want to go on a tour we want to know our options to see if we can fit our budget/ finances. Having a price at the end of each tour would be really helpful.

Sorry. No prices from me. Price depends a lot on what you want in a house and your delivery needs. I’d rather have no price than have that part confused people. I’m also not a salesperson. I’m just showing the houses and telling you where to find them so you can call the location if truly interested. Or so the video to a dealer near you. I can always tell you how to do that homework.

Love the kitchen layout, but I wish there was a den in this home too. I always look for linen closets, front entry coat or mud space, and some kind of space for kiddos to play. I’d be loosing my living room again 😭

Ask the dealership to see four plans that have a den. That is becoming more of a common feature in floor plans now. They surely have a house that will satisfy your needs.

I'm torn between this and the Helicon 3.0. I really wish dealerships would get wood stained cabinets instead of all that white. What's the difference in price between the Grayson and the Helicon 3.0? I would want a door in the dining room. I would also want normal closets instead of those big gowdy corner walk in closets. I hate them no matter what manufacturer.
