I think it's important to clarify definitions of "educational words" in order to make sure ALL teachers (especially those teaching youngins) fully understand how important each step in the reading process is just as important as the previous or next step in order to build that strong foundation! You do such a nice, non-judgmental way of doing so. If we could only share this with all beginning educators we'd be off to a great future!
