You take contracts to let them work as Sales Assistants, Sales Rep etc but pay them with peanuts...you pay them as you would pay a picker? Is that what the Qu'ran teaches you? You keep losing staff and managers because of how little you see humans to be. Are you not also humans, how would you feel if the same treatment is given to you or any your relatives?This is appalling! You need to change this attitude, otherwise I can go as far as stopping every clients , one after the other, from patronizing from your very big company. I know you think you may have power from authority but the power of people's toil, sweat, tears of maltreatment and voice will speak more powerfully against you if you don't change how you treat and pay workers what they deserve. Why would people work overtime as sales and be paid less than 250kd? How do you expect them to survive? Some of them have families depending on them to survive, do you have no sense of compassion towards your workers? Yet, they are the ones helping and building your company to thrive.
