@@kingclayton74 Hey! Thanks for watching the video! It usually takes me 7 hrs or riding time and 1 hr of stoppage time (8hrs total) to complete the ride. I usually pick a day when the wind is blowing North to help. I usually stop to eat. It keeps pre-planning and packing to a minimum. I usually make rest stops at places where I can eat and use the rest room. I do pack energy gels and energy bars but not ‘substantial nutrition’ . Good luck on your ride if you decide to undertake the adventure!

Also forgot to mention the great editing detail around the 4:54 mark with the still shot of the river and buildings with the countdown that was displayed on one of the buildings (4-3-2-1-GO) before cutting back to the ride progress. Very cool.

Nice! What does the “AR” stand for? And how do you like it so far?

I think the AR (All Road) models can take tires up to 32mm wide. I like the ride (very smooth) although I am using 28 mm tires. The stack is somewhat low for me so it’s not the most comfy bike for me. I’m not a racer and not even a fast rider, so it’s more about looks for me. The Rival AXS range is also good for me based on my ability and it means that I can take this bike on any ride and not have to go to a gravel bike for lower gearing to get up hills.

I really appreciate you sharing this. I love seeing Chicago at night from your POV. Plus, your music curation is always superb (especially when you drop some Deep House). I am in Cincinnati, and we do not have group night rides like this. I hope that you consider attending the N.I.T.E. Ride in Indy on 7/8/23. Hey does the chain ever fall off? I got this bike for a week and the chain dropped 3 times when shifting from small to big chainring
