The writing says mutazawaj but the guy says mutazawij... which is correct

It is written like متزوج (mutazawij) and it is pronounced like متزوج (mutazawij)

Welcome dear brother. This is a very intelligent question. Yes definitely, this is the only case where we've used the normal adjective instead of the superlative, just to not to use the noun (هذا الولد هو الأكثر أمانة), and this is to avoid putting the learners in an ambiguity and difficulty to understand.
