Is it possible for the interviewing officer to ask me questions on the Tablet in Black and white to enable me to read the questions and answer them. Hi, my dad had his interview a few months ago but thank God he has the second try June 20. During his first interview the officer didn't ask him for the initial Oath, but when he sit down, the officer asked him something he didn't understand (because he doesn't speak English perfectly), but even though he answered yes. (It looks like he answered yes in the wrong question.) So, could you please give me an idea in order to figure out what kind of question about the Oath the officer could had asked that the response was not definitely Yes?

How could you ask so many strange questions after 5 years of green card citizenship? I didn't ask so many questions during the green card interview.

On the N400 (paper form) I answered No to both questions 15a and 15b in Part 9. For question 16: "If you received a suspended sentence, were placed on probation, or were paroled, have you completed your suspended sentence, probation, or parole?" None of those things ever happened to me so I feel like I should not answer this question. Is it okay to not mark either checkbox (yes or no). Just want to make sure USCIS doesn't think I skipped the question. But if I mark yes or no it implies one of those things happened to me. Please advise. Thanks!
