I dont understand. 🤔 Im in level 21 now and im not an elder shark yet but you said level 20 you can be an elder shark but im still an adult, I finished sapphire bay 67% and completed all main missions but cant find scaly pete. Is their other things i gotta do?

@@Creeperrzz complete Pete the revenge mission and you should become and elder and you should be able to progress through the story some more
