I heard Hymn Of The 7th Galaxy in 1977.. I was blown away. Saw John McLaughlin with Larry Coryell, then Weather report with Jaco, Rittenour, Holdsworth, Clarke/Duke...too many too list

¡SUBLIME! Vaya versión fantástica. Lo encontré en vinilo el otro día, lo conocía por "Mosquito" de Ursula Dudziak. Muchas gracias.

Sounds quite a bit better than can be reasonably expected for a live unreleased recording that's 52 years old. Toto Blanke was a fantastic guitar player and has to be one of the most under recognized players of his time. Association P.C. may have been a little too improvisation based to catch on like the Mahavishnu Orchestra, Weather Report and Return to Forever.

OK, ready for this?- I have Carlos' guitar pictured here (!) Gibson L6S with the blue "Borbelletta" butterfly 🦋 wings on it. 🕉 I bought it a Leo's Music 🎶 in Oakland where he had it for sale- for $400.00, 1982. Can you believe it? I still can't. Every time I hold that guitar 🎸 play it, after Carlos put so much energy and beauty into it. Amazing. 👏

to you my friend.....i read something like this my eyes get teary @tiborsallai4449 1 year ago (edited) The base of the composition "A csitári hegyek alatt" Hungarian folk song. It was collected by Zoltán Kodály in Alsócsitár, a small village from a local singer in 1914. In those years, Zoltán Kodály or Béla Bartók travelled from town to town looking for the local singers and musicians and recorded tons of music from them to keep Hungarian music alive and to understand how they made and composed it. Respecting the original and giving in his own ideas also... now that's art.
