Making this for the second time today! This is a bomb and simple recipe. I can never find good local lamb but one day when I find it I’ll make it the way you intended it. Just using local ground beef for now. And I added Kalamata olives 😊

Don't wash veggies after being cut it loses its minerals (you washed onions after being cut )
