Ya, that's the importance of getting a good start. I screwed that one up. It later dumped rain. The race was incredible after that.

My brother and buddy are over there riding and they told me the dust was "not something they could put into words".....your video does a decent job, but they said it got worse as the day went on until it rained and turned into a sloppy mess for a bit. Thanks for posting so I could see!

@douglasjacobson Is that the Suzuki bike? I posted this video without watching it. I remember a Suzuki on the rocky side hill section fumble and pass at least 3 bikes on the lower part of the course where there were a lot fewer rocks.

My first reaction is a burning desire to cut a wider path through that fallen log across the trail. Nice work, Boys. The holeshot was pretty smooth..

We were just watching it, I thought maybe it was an insta 360 or something. Probably the video stabilization then! So bizarre I’ve never seen that with the go pro. However you have it mounted is great though!!

Its a very easy course, when you go up the boulder piles simply roll up with momentum where you see tire tracks on the rocks. Try not to hesitate, if you do you can fall off a 3 foot boulder. Just ride your own pace but dont be afraid, ride smooth.
@Desert100754 жыл бұрын
Thats a fun course. In the beginning we had to cross the creek and if it was high you had to wheelie and try not to hit a rock and drown your bike. I would watch someone go first and pin it where they did.

Haha. Rightfully so. Id have to say though that if you're in decent shape and you're atleast a good rider then you should atleast try it and form your own opinion. I was ALWAYS skeptical about this race. This video is my 1st lap of my 1st D100 race. I had way more fun on my second lap (Mainly because I had too much psi in my tires on the 1st lap) However, By the time I was done, I thought I would have been far more exhausted. Over all I finished in the 190th range and I wasnt that sore the next day.. I was hoping for a top 100 result but considering I had no crashes AND I had fun, I'll take that as a finish. Definitely try it.
