Holy... I never watched the livestream, and all I heard was that there was an annoying buzzing. I had no idea that THIS MUCH went wrong with it. It is honestly flabbergasting how absurdly wrong this went. To think all of this happened during a time when the series needed to prove itself the most, with both a majority of people simply dismissing Sonic as a "cringe" thing being at an all time high, and fans who weren't that much more optimistic about most of the franchise either. It feels like this series has a curse placed on it. This must've been an exhausting 3 and a half hours for everyone involved. I can feel the livestream staff having a sigh of relief once it was all over.

Hey Alex, I want to ask what happened to your upload of the 2024 Sonic Symphony in Japan, did it got struck down or what? If so are gonna post on some other website or you're just waiting until you can upload it again without it getting detected?

Hey! Sorry for the late reply - I literally was not informed of this comment in any way whatsoever until right now, blame KZbin, I'll fix that. Yes, I'm afraid I was personally contacted by the Symphony team the day after and they explicitly requested I take it down. I of course did so without hesitation. They officially released 3 songs from the show with brand-new editing (and bad colour correction but that's another matter 🤣) a few weeks ago, which you can find somewhere in the middle the last Sonic channel livestream, and no doubt there's more to come sometime soon.

ngl i never understood why the costume contest would be cut for legal reasons like...itd obviously be a sonic cosplay contest...and sega owns sonic...so idk what gives especially since nobody truly owns the idea of a cosplay contest

They came along a bit late. They opened for Mr. Big, and well, showed them up. They more like a band that should have opened for Def Lepard or some of those guys. Just saying. His work with Axel Rudi Pell is outstanding too.
