You climbed out on the wrong side. I did the same thing the first time that I jumped from there.

I jumped this last week with similar water conditions. It's much easier to climb back up from the other side (around the right side corner from the cave inlet). With the crashing waves on the rocks, I looked but didn't attempt to climb up where you did.

Don't mind the few ignorant locals. I give you two thumbs for trying bruh! There's nothing wrong with ha'oles, if you ain't 100% Hawaiian you probably got Ha'ole in you

Thanks man. I typically find locals very warm and friendly, including the teenager who immediately dove down to help me climb back up. Anywhere you go though (particularly in cyberspace), there's always someone that wants to spoil the mood. Thanks for the kudos for my effort.

used to live right down the street and jumped here in much worse weather. sissy ha'ole ;)
@wparkermusic11 жыл бұрын
I would think that every single local could jump this without question. Otherwise, they're bigger sissies than some ha'ole tourist like me.

You went to climb up the wrong side, climb up from the other side, where you jumped from, took my big old ass about 45 seconds to climb back up... BUT, from the other side, LOL... theres a nice little place to climb back up but ya gotta look for it... easy even on a rough day...

Moms are supposed to have a conniption fit after their kids do something like this. No worries. Lesson learned, meaning I'll be more careful in surveying the best conditions, before taking another plunge.

Sorry :-( I try to limit what I record to about one verse and one chorus so I can enjoy the show. The last show I went to in Charlottesville, I didn't even record anything. Although, I was able to still snag the setlist :-P

Do you have the rest of the footage from Typical? I was dancing with Paul (the singer) during the second chorus and would love to see the footage if you have it!
