I just heard another JB song on KZbin that came out in the late 70’s titled, Just Like Forever. How that song never made it to an album is beyond my comprehension. Look for it!

The most beautiful Poem-Song of “The Rock Era” when I heard this Long Version I was blown away They should’ve allowed him the time to play this song on Radio Stations completely (Like they did with The Beatles “Hey Jude”) woww every time I hear this Masterpiece on this version it brings back memories from the late 60’s & early 70’s those Childhood memories that somehow shape our entire lives! 😊

@@JoeyMcGowan1 Joey, Who are some folk artists you enjoy listening to a lot? Have you ever listened to British singer-songwriters, Ralph McTell or Allen Taylor? Or Jackson C. Frank, American singer-songwriter? One of his more well known songs and covered a lot is "Blues Run the Game." He had a very sad and tragic life and he passed away around 199 He only had one album out but there are some other songs around after that album. I am a huge folk music fan.
@JoeyMcGowan12 ай бұрын
@@suzannelawson9215 , Certainly, know them all. My all time favorite Folk Artist was my late friend Tony Bird from Southern Africa. He made three Albums, but left an incredible archive of unreleased gems.

@@JoeyMcGowan1 I have heard of Tony Bird but not familiar with his work. I will have to look him up. I really like your song, "Aging Love." Is it about your life, if you don't mind me asking? I can relate to that song myself.

Thank you for posting this. Wow that was a real epic performance and so glad i got to hear the full original version of this great song. It must have been really difficult having to work out which great lines to cut. To get it down to the regulation 3 minutes (approx) for the single version. Congratulations Mr Lind you did a fantastic job 👍😃

Fred Neil has got to be in the pantheon of GREAT American singer-songwriters/troubadours...A huge influence on countless of so many singer songwriters. And his 12-string guitar work was so cool...influenced Crosby, McGuinn....etc.

Thanks so much! A new recording I have not heard. I wish he hadn't been such a recluse. I would have loved to hear him live. But by the time I was born he had already gone back to Florida to hide out and love on dolphins. I can't blame him. But I wonder if kept playing and recoding from home. I hope so. Where is the little kid pictured with him on his self titled album?

His version is interesting he keeps the root all in the same key the whole time which redefines the song
