It is 9/23/2024 and I just tried out for the 1st time my brand new Honey Bee Amps ODS Preamp..........it is WICKED BADDASS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tested it with a Fender Tone Master Super Reverb. I will be testing with other amps and with the effects loop as well to see the difference. Even without the effects loop, it still slays!!!!! Mark, if you reading the comments, I will most likely be ordering another one of these so I can have a backup. I was using one of my Tele's with this. It has that sexy smooth Robben Ford-ish tone/honk!!!

Great tones and playing! But is there another pedal on throughout the video? Or are there some parts with just the silver sky preamp?

Do you make any of these that can run direct into a passive speaker? Something like the milkman the amp, or do they all need a power amp?

Sounds real cool but maybe for next time: it's always helpful to hear the clean sound of the amp before demoing the pedal.

Preamps. Contains the entire preamp section of a Dumble steel string singer

Mark has the Dumble sound down!!!! His ODS tube preamp is the closest to being a "Robben Ford" in a box that I have ever heard.............that is saying something!!! Many an amp/pedal builder has tried to attain that Dumble sound and have kind of achieved it; but Mark from Honey Bee Amps has actually achieved it!!! Just wait, when the amp/pedal world finds out about Mark's tube preamps, they are going to freak!!! Fuchs, Amplified Nation, Ceriatone and Two Rocks beware............Honey Bee Amps is coming to rock your Dumble world!!!!

It works straight into the amp, but best in the loop, power amp in.

Both side! Clean Drive first then the SRV land side.

Is this a pedal that is going to be coming out soon???? Or this an old pedal discontinued? I just happen to stumble on Honey Bee Amplification like 2 days ago. I hope this is coming out sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooon!!!!!!! I actually want to buy at least 2; just in case someone steals my first one! This has some magic fairy dust in the circuit!!! I think Mr. Robben Ford might be ditching his Zendrive after he hears this pedal.
