I was accused of ‘conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the service’ in February 2019, my case was revived in August 2023, I asked my lawyer if we could invoke ‘the right to a speedy disposition of (my) administrative case, he says it is not appropriate because the thrust of the court including quasi judicial bodies is to decide a case on the merits and not on technicalities - is my lawyer correct?

primary coop only natural person lang pwede maging member basta legal age. Si federation and union lang pwede mag accept ng entity o another primary coops may guidelines din for that.

Hehe ang void po is absent any one of the elements of a valid contract. Example illicit object like prohibited by law. Then unenforceable po is nandun sa law mismo 3 instances, unauthorized transaction, yung mga transaction na hindi in writing, at if both parties are incapable of giving consent.

Our company already ceases it's operation and had also had tax clearance from Bir but still minding resume operation sometime in the future. What would you advice so we don't have any form of delinquency in SEC?

You should terminate also your registration from SEC and also report your cessation to the municipality or city where your business is registered and operating..

provided your grab driving operation is registered as a business. because only persons engaged in business can claim allowable deductions... for those who are not engaged in business, like employment ang source of income, hindi po maka claim for allowable deduction...
