The school I go to has things called pathways and I signed and am stuck in the av production course and originally signed up because of the web design class but it was canceled and taken out of the school. TLDR what should I do to get the knowledge I want ie web design instead of being forced to do video production

I see myself in 5 years, nowhere. I feel like I'm not gonna make any progress, my heath is horrid, I'm up all night almost every night. I'm stressed out all the time and the only thing that brings me happiness is playing games. My friends don't feel real. I feel like I'm just living, to eventually parish.
