@vojtaborsky software is the fastest and easiest way to make a lot of money. I started 6 businesses. Failed 3. In software I made enough to pay off my house in 3 years. I never took a class in programming. Software is so so easy compared to learning a human language. Best wishes.. if you become billionaire one day. I will make 2 videos about you!

@ great to meet you. I went to a Jesuit high school in Hong Kong and all the priests except one were Irish. I just rewatched this video, and DD is indeed a very wise man. I especially love the 3 stages of an idea! Good to see Ireland transformed from poor to rich in a mere 20 years. I will visit Ireland one day!

I think it's much more difficult now. Those working in commercial real estate investment and real estate private equity at high level tend to have a Masters in real estate investment and finance from a top university etc. To work in that sector.
