@@nathanemery a piece of advice, I'm not a pediatrician but I am planning on studying medicine. It is not advisable to make a kid vegan, especially at such a young age. They're still developing and they need every nutrient they can get. But I do not know the condition of your child so it's best to consult a doctor to ask if it's ok, and if you still continue make a meal plan that is compensating for the loss nutrient that the child may have if they had eaten meat.

This was so interesting! Congrats on being consistent, it's tough. I've done a one second of every day during 2022(then it's a 30 second video for each month) and doing it for this year too. It's just a habit, to make sure I think every day: "what sums up today" or "what represents today" in a live photo or video, and it's amazing to look back at a video diary at the end of the year. It's awesome, and I can understand why you want to keep on going. Make it to 365! 🎉🎉🎉
