When you first threw that lamb in there, were you adding little water to keep the lamb sizzling in liquid per se? Or were you still using that olive oil you first used when you first poured in the pan. Im asking because would not all the oil or liquid be too little for all that lamb and that lamb would just be cooking on a hot pan or would that olive oil sustain?
