The whole place made me feel claustrophobic with too much furniture and decorative stuff taking up space. It clearly wasn’t staged. The furniture is lovely but that main living area looks cramped. Sometimes less is more. (BTW the “view” of a roof is unattractive).

Also we had to get approval to build the back fence extra high so you couldn’t see the kids swinging on the swings. When the city fenced the playground in we lost access to be able to take our dog out back to the park because dogs weren’t allowed in playgrounds so all the neighbours petitioned to have the extra fence installed so we could take dogs out behind the playground. My mom designed the back garden. Thanks for posting these videos so neat to see our old house!

When we dug the basement down and finished it in the 90’s we put a pool table down there it was the best neighbourhood hangout when we were teens. My mom was an avid gardener and used the back portion of basement to grow seedlings under grow lights

This was my family’s house in the 90’s we did the major renovations when we put the 2nd storey addition on the back our dog was too scared to ever go into the new master bedroom because it didn’t exist before 😂 also my dad did that beautiful stained glass window in the master bath

If I may suggest something, maybe it'd be a good idea to buy some gimbals for your team, for example from DJI or Zhiyun, nowadays gimbals for phones aren't expensive and I think it will help to make better videos and also probably it'll be easier to film for you too.

Jiffy or "Jiffy on Demand"? I must say, I do not like the fact having my credit card on file, along with my personal information that could be one day be breeched. It happens! For e.g let's say I needed a plumber, or in my case I used someone who services refrigerators and miss diagnosis it in my case and paid. What do you do? Let's say i get something repaired, breaks down and bails or cuts ties with Jiffy on demand, what then?. I myself had a bad experience a few Months ago with my refrigerator and it was miss diagnosed and paid the minimal way over $100 for a 15 min.check only to be told "it's 100% my compressor needs replacing. Wow! I called a Appliance Service Place and it was a small relay and capacitor and charged me $200 Cash All in! Six months later, still working perfectly! I myself don't like the experience I received, and further more I feel Jiffy or " Jiffy on Demand " service was a Scam!
