A vulva is supposed to look like it did when it came from the factory. As long as the area smells clean with it's natural aroma, they are all good. I am an old man who had a lot of those 1960'-70's hippie girls, they were all magnificent. They were all different. I actually appreciated seeing the differences in them. That's what makes us human, we are all indivduals, we are all different.

What a HOT MESS !! for goodness sake, no one cares what you look like !! I wasted 2 mins (actually 30 secs) on this vid !! If you were so concerned about your "appearance" then you should have installed a mirror in your house ! Next time - stick to the topic at hand !

Just want to comment and say how much I have appreciated all your videos whilst I'm going through my own HA recovery. I've slowly started incorrporating a lot of your tips; still waiting on a period but feeling a hell of a lot better already, I'm finally gaining weight and I'm really hopeful it'll come soon. Would love a video on blood test markers regarding how to use these to measure any improvment as I recently had some more blood tests done but am finding it hard to understand what I'm looking for to see if my blood tests are reflecting the lifestyle and dietary changes I've made... I'm a 6am gym gal, for years I trained fasted, made abolsutely no progress and felt AWFUL during and after my sessions. I'm now eating a bagel topped with banana before exercise and feel AMAZING. I also didn't realise how low fat and low carb I was eating, since realising I've MASSIVELY upped carbs AND fats (SO MUCH PEANUT BUTTER!!). I also used to 'calorie bank' because I was scared if I ate more during the day then I'd be hungry in the evenings but not have the 'spare calories' to eat at night. But now my calories are spread throughout the day and I'm not starving at night so the 'front loading' has been a game changer. It's amazing how alone you can feel with HA until you hear other people talk about their behaviour's/systems who also had/have it!!

This is so relatable, I struggle with calorie hoarding and really want to start spreading my calories throughout day. Would it be ok to ask, when you started eating more regularly, did you ever experience the need to have a big meal at the end of the day to feel full? Or did that go away? Also wishing you much luck for your period to come xx
@fixelish
@fixelish Ай бұрын
@@orang1414 for me, literally within a week of eating more throughout the day, the need for a massive last meal just vanished!! Previously my meals were just: a breakfast pushed back as late as possible, lunch, dinner, and LARGE dessert bowl that was around 800+ calories because I was RAVENOUS. Now: pre-workout breakfast, a SECOND breakfast after exercise, large lunch that includes ALLL the macros, average dinner, and then I’ll still have a desert bowl, but I genuinely don’t crave it being huge anymore because I feel so satisfied from all my meals :)

@@fixelish I'm truthfully happy to read how you're seeing food.. i'm working with that now. my problem mostly with taking rest, i mean not exercising. I like to move my body and i already minimized my workout routine
@fixelish
@fixelish Ай бұрын
@@fatimaal2284 exactly the same for me in terms of trying to get more rest. Interestingly I’m finding doing less exercise far more mentally difficult than eating more food 😩
@fatimaal2284
@fatimaal2284 Ай бұрын
@@fixelish I can relate to that as well. At the beginning, when I minimized my exercise, it was difficult to adapt to the new routine-lifting less weight and having more rest time-but after a week of doing that, I feel that I'm enjoying moving my body in a more gentle way and not pushing it too hard. Regarding food, I'm still fluctuating. Some days I eat normally and feel okay, while on other days, I'll skip a snack or decide to cut a specific food from my meal. This happens because, at that moment, I feel full or not hungry enough to eat that amount of food, even though I know I should eat regularly to fuel my body properly.

Great video👍🏻 I like to have a morning walk for 30-45 minutes on the treadmill (low intensity). I only drink water during the walk, and then I have a snack (carbs + fat) afterward. Is this okay? Is walking considered a workout during recovery?

Hello, Chlo I was analyzing your KZbin channel. Your content is definitely good. But as it is not SEO friendly, you are not getting the targeted views, so the subscriptions are not increasing. But I saw some problems recharging your channel. Your videos are not SEO friendly, the title is not good, the description is wrong and your channel is not promoted. Your videos are not appearing in search results due to a lack of proper SEO, right and professional SEO is expected to give good results. I can help with your channel Monetization.

Hello, Chlo I have already visited your KZbin channel. I saw your content. Your content is so good. Are you struggling with subscribers and video views for monetization? I saw some problems recharging your channel. Your video is not SEO-friendly. No ranking keyword. Your keyword section area is not perfectly updated. And your video SEO score is 0/100. So your video does not reach out to the people. And that's why you have no targeted views likes, comments, and subscriptions in your channel. I can help you to grow your channel and monetization. You will be benefited. Let's Invest 15 minutes in a Zoom meeting so I can share my work process.

I feel like tracking is very individual. I used to track when I wanted to make sure I was eating enough, but I found that my brain would freak out if I went over the calories that I was USED to eating. So I could have an extra snack or many extra snacks to make up calories if I felt it was too low, but I would feel awful about it if it was tracked vs if it wasn't.

It's interesting and genuinely reassuring what you said about crossfit and foods. I've genuinely always stayed away from it because of a friend I used to have who adopted this idea that a low-carb diet was the best for his crossfit performance and would constantly label carb-y foods as cheats or unhealthy foods. I for some reason always associated him with the whole crossfit vibe 😅

When I was little the best thing for me that made me happy was working out while eating the foods I wanted and not restricting like I was which led to my ED downfall. I'm learning now to workout and to eat what I still want that way it's a healthy balance that's not depressing and tough.
