I like the piano roll. The automation, the parametric EQ, even the stock reverb and delay. I haven't found the best work flow for all these years. There was a lot of improvement in arangement view but I am not sure if I really like the arangement view. I am sure other programs have better arangement windows. Sometimes I wander what if I chose another DAW. I kinda want to try other DAW like I did before but on the other hand I am not sure If it's worth the effort. I tried a little bit but than I get to midi editing or automation and I am like "that doesnt make sense. FL does it better." Sinse I do a lot of midi editing and automation I kinda seem to be stuck with FL. I also have Mixcraft. It's not bad and I use it when I feel something is going to be easier there. But when you want to automate a synth you have to go trough big list of parameters. I don't think I know the perfect DAW out there. It seems every daw has a little bit of something I like and something I don't.

it jus goes onto show how little you know of musicians point of view. You build a cool software all about midi, and there is no way to drag and drop a midi file of kbs, even if its 16 bars at a time. do you have any idea how a little more syncopated and chords in different time divisions behave. its insane to dive in this primitive interface to try and figure out where to put what chord and you dont have so many chords anyway in the list. after a point you can lost with beat divisions and stuff. once i put all chords or design exactly the way i want for a song on a daw, you expect us to put one by one again here. how long is the wait for such a basic feature to have? dont you realize you can tame half the producers on the planet if you could get this tedious, unfriendly process out of the way and let us focus on the core power of your app. this is a put off. Its hellish for chord chart that is designed outiside of instacomposer 2..

To use your own words...your comment "just goes to show how little you know" about plugin development ;) Adding the capability to receive MIDI input is not at all a "basic feature", otherwise we certainly would have done it already. Our entire team are music producers, so we are quite aware of how musicians feel about and use our software, and what their needs + desires are. We have looked into this feature, and very may well be able to add it in the future. However, even without that capability, InstaComposer 2 is our best selling product ever. So there are plenty of people who find the plugin very useful, despite this. However, if that's not how you feel, that's totally fine :)

Hello, Redclip was a concept I designed 3 years ago, and I've been using it as a concept for about 2 years. Pumpkin Pro was released around 8-9 months ago I guess, and I wasn't even aware of such a plugin. I checked to see if there were any similarities and found none between Redclip and Pumpkin Pro. Even the graphic designs and algorithms are different. What exactly makes you think it's a rip-off? I hope I can help clarify this matter. Cheers from Sweden.

@@TheReal_E.IRIZARRY You are more than welcome. I completely understand you. In the plugin market, plugins can resemble each other, and this similarity is acceptable to me. Someone might create a plugin with some flaws, and another person might think the idea is good and say, "I can make a better version," and producing a similar concept. I could have taken the same approach with Redclip without taking any risks. But because I was tired of using a clipper as just a "one-trick pony," that's why I created this. I've been using the RedClip concept for two years now. A clipper is much more than just shaving off peaks if it designed correctly. We aimed to offer this with Redclip as well. I hope you enjoy using it. For example, even with all the settings at zero, it creates a significant quality difference when placed on the master bus channel. Let me know if there is anything I can help with. Cheers from lovely Sweden.

@@Mixyap Hey man. THank you for linking up with W.A Productions in the Czech Republic to make this come to fruition. This plugin works well in tandem with XTT by VINAI (which is also another W..A Productions product!). I put XTT VINAI on before RedClip with Plugin Alliance's LIndell 902 DeEsser and I get good analogue-digital hybrid ITB results! Thanks again! :)

This looks really great and has nice features! One suggestion: change "Bone" to something meaningful. The term Fat is fairly well known in audio, but Bone is meaningless, like Tendon, Cartilage, or Eggplant. Rather than Bone how about a name that speaks to the audio profession, and relates to what it actually does?

Instead of just adding the SIMPLE possibility to load chords as MIdI files, you need an hour video for showing how to put in chords manually with the most complicated popup selection method thinkable ??? That is just ridiculous.

@@w.a.production Underestimate? Common.Such feature (chord import and chord detection) is implemented in about hundreds of similar tools and hosts already, It‘s actually the main creativity (and deal) stopper in your app. and it is requested continuously by users since the very first release of InstaComposer. And you also claim to use A.I. which is obviously a lie as it seems to be simple algorithmic merely. Chord detection is a very simple algorithmic too. A major conceptual issue, i would say.

Sold! A few comments 1) the vocal was perfect for a demo (not irritating or rap), 2) the plug in is focused on tonal shaping rather than time effects, which is most useful, 3) the leveling alone would replace other plugins and automation, 4) sounds awesome without being "too much, 5) great walkthrough of all functions. The only negative was the background music, which was distracting. I was relieved that it was removed later in the video. WA Productions is making affordable, useful tools these days...

Yay, a new Instacomposer 2 tutorial video. Nice. But what I really, really wish for Instacomposer is a routing helper for Ableton Live because Live doesn't support multi-channel MIDI output for plugins. WA Production's Loop Engine 2 solved that problem with the Loop Engine Listener helper plugin. Something like that for Instacomposer 2 would be awesome! Update: Right after writing this, I thought to myself "Wait, maybe there's an update already", so I checked and see that WA Production posted instructions on how to solve it with two free Max4Live devices. That's awesome. I'll try it as soon as I can.

I sometimes marvel that pros work this hard to get a good result. What I mean is by taking the time to add that extra layer to Kepler EXO or keying things up and down and layering. What amazes me is how that snare continues to slap through the mix like a sword no matter what. I still have a hard time grasping side chaining, but I know it's happening here.
