i heard it overheats while using it to video after a while. is this true? do you recommend it for KZbin videos?

Yes it does. But only in XAVS-C format. If you want to shoot casual videos its totally fine but the moment you want to get creative it starts to overheat. In my opinion you should consider other alternatives before jumping straight into it.
