As per my findings of research, many of the Moran dwellers of Mahadevpur have been settled in Lwkang area before independence of the country. They are the victims of boundary demarcation.. some of our Arunachal people are simply commenting for the sake of comments qithout knowing ABC of the history. Look wise many Arunachalee are different, we cannot go by look. It seems their basic human right is being violated by the state government. Governmwnt should either grant PRC to genuine residence by proper verification or otherwise may bifurcate lekang from Arunachal and hand over to Assam like it was done to Tuensang district and handed over to Nagaland during 60s. Otherwise we cannot keep on depriving people right like this. We need a permanent solution for it.
