If you really want to learn french in montreal and the people start talking to you in english, you can continue speaking french and they will switch back to speaking to you in french

@@wilfriedkokoua7513 Actually, Quebec is a great place to consider, French is the main language. Montreal is one of the cities in Quebec, and most people in Montreal speak both French and English.

@@mycityonlens ok, if most people in Montreal speak French and English, I think it will be difficult for me to learn French there, because they will automatically switch to English if they hear my accent or if I make a error. So, to me, Montreal is an English place that happens to be a French place in Quebec. as it is a tourist area and therefore most tourists speak English. For me, the first language is English and then French. And me, I want to learn French, can you give me a place where I can really learn French in quebec
