How do we correct the height of the lighthouse?

I think the reason why we are applying the run on Lighthouse itself is because we drew the 1st PL from there and since we have to transfer this circle to the 2nd one we have to transfer the position where we drew it from which in this case is the Lt house itself

Imo and Marpol is a joke they makes the law, but no implementation.the ship doesn't comply with that because the trash can't be collected on the ship longtime because other ships takes months before dump garbage on shore because of long voyage so what they do to reduce garbage they trow garbage like bottle,can,cartons thats the reality. I hope imo will required all ships to have compactor and shredder on every ship so that it will compress the garbage on garbage room because cargo ships has only small garbage room to store garbage.
