Thanks for doing this video - always curious what this fruit tasted like.

yeh its got a weird taste thats hard to describe, kinda astringent as well, just not to much flesh on it to make a big impact on way or the other. def does not taste like a real cherry but a small hint with the after taste

In the summer I water everyday via a drip irrigation for 1 hour plus hand water with a hose once a week for supplemental water, I don't think you can over water in our phoenix summer so I rather be safe then sorry with the watering

@@intuitiveinspiredart4366 yes i was able to get some to ripeness but the birds got them before I was able to cover them, they are hard to see on the plant and kind of surprised me as they are white before they turn pinkish. I will keep a lookout and make a video if i see anything

Thank you so much for this video. I got this phone and was able to charge it without issue directly from a slot in my old computer...so the lack of adapters and stuff was never an issue. Now I have a new computer with only one flat slot for one end of the charging cord of the Pixel...so am having to buy adapters and crap that kind of pisses me off. I have to choose between charging my computer vs. charging my phone! My brother who is a tech expert recommended this phone because he likes his. I'd kind of like to spank him for suggesting this brand...but I will simply HAVE TO "ADAPT"...ALOT. Might as well laugh instead of scream. I'm not thrilled with this phone at all...but the price was a helluva lot cheaper than an IPhone. I truly detest mobile phones. I hate them. I only use mine for emergencies. I LOVE MY LANDLINE. IT WILL HAVE TO BE TORN OUT OF MY COLD DEAD HANDS BEFORE I'LL EVER GIVE IT UP.

Wow, what a beautiful tree you have. I planted one in my backyard a few weeks ago, and it looks promising. When I bought it, it already came with fruits. Now I have an idea of the growth of my tree (mine still small, like around 5 feet 4). Where I’m from, these trees are common. Greetings from Puebla, Mexico.

I forgot to mention that the fruit tastes delicious once it ripens. Especially when they already have a dark color. The flavor is similar to the cherries.

Great video on a great tree. This is 9B, but verges on 8A. the canyon (San Pedro) is like a wind tunnel, sometimes hitting 45 MPH. When it's over 90 F and dry, winds can kill a tree in a day, but not this one. According to california fruit growers, trees are seedlings. They now have named varieties in Central- and South America. People tell me they'll produce in zone 10. In all my time in Mexico, I never saw one, but then, I stick to the Sierras, not the coast. In the Sierras, they have sand cherries, very large and sweet, but may not produce for us warmer than zone 8. My youngest son bought mine for me 3 years ago. Last year it fruited but birds took it while still green. Not a lot, but it made some. The trees are fantastic, very hardy in the heat and dry air. But, not the blooms. This spring, I put a wind break of 45% shade cloth on 2 sides. Tons of blooms and a lot of fruit forming. The trees are native to central Mexico and a rum cherry, something you've seen if you go back east. Sweet but need to be dead ripe. When the cherries begin to ripen, the bird netting goes on.

They literally have an adapter, why did they not switch it out for a charging block? Who in the world has only a c type block? Why not make the adapter at least the exact opposite with plugging in the c type chord and the adapter makes it a usb end??!!!! Or keep the adapter as is and make one end of the chord is to a usb???!!! I’m out here solving the problem that shouldn’t have needed to be solved in the first place!
