They should build an enclosed Sky Tram to the top. I would be a hell of alot safer and would still give a very thrilling and at the same time peaceful expierence.

I remember getting a walkthrough of The Castle Of Terror! The monsters, ghosts and large fanged beasts were fantastic even with the lights on! The hanging man, the giant Ant, The saw mill, and more were ghoulishly beautiful! Sadly all but a few figures remained after a major renovation was done. It was never the same after that!

Totally surprised Cedar Fair agreed to this merger. If you look at FY2022 results and FY 2023 thru Q3 Six Flags is essentially matching their very poor FY2022, which put them at FY2018 levels. 2022 was a revenge spend year where every park chain produced record CF, SEAS, etc.. Cedar Fair had a record FY 2022 and are matching that in FY2023, despite all the talk of the economy and consumers cutting back. The two chains were diverging financially. CF had brought back their dividend for over a year, did 250M stock buy backs, reduced debt to pre pandemic levels. SF in contrast hadn't the finances to bring back the dividend, do stock buy backs and lower debt significantly. There is also the cultural business differences, CF has spent the last decade working on park improvements of food/restaurants, themed areas, Seasons of Fun Strategy and their resort/hotel, destination park emphasis. They also are willing to pay up for staff. ie...Knotts and SFMM in the same market. Knotts pays significantly more $5 or $6/hr , thus gets staff and SFMM is understaffed. SF has done none of this and has skimped on in park improvements, food, staffing, etc.. Read the full presentation filings of the merger, Do not buy all the supposed cost savings, synergy, etc. .they claim. Companies always overstate that stuff.

Born at the begining of summer I was literally an ocean baby, nantasket beach, everyday with my mother, I remember as a boy in the early 60's going to paragon park, we lived a few miles from nantasket right across the street from the seawall, I feel most at home in the cold green Atlantic.

Not shocked to see Bonzai removed. They are very intense slides and don't get much traffic. Not at all uncommon to see kids crying as they walk out of the splashdown pool. They absolutely need more changing rooms and shade areas.

This was the best ride there

I missed the live show had to watch it later, Fiesta Texas my guess the colors of 2024 are Rockville High colors they could be doing a small indoor coaster in Rockville High School what ever coaster they are doing indoor I suspect they are also doing the same indoor coaster at Frontier City in 2024 themed to their respected areas at the two separate parks. There are a lot of things pointing in this direction with my observations.

Had to talk myself into riding this one today and I’m glad I did. Had a blast!
