Loved the Lea as a teenager. Fished every weekend, Cheshunt,Broxbourne, Dobbs Wier or Kings weir usually but did have some nice fish at Enfield Lock too. Great Video. Can I ask where that stretch is?. I lived a mile away from the Lea where it ran through Springfield Park in Upper Clapton. Great memories.

It just goes to show what's about in unlikely urban places. Pity that you lost so many floats but at least they were homemade ones and not expensive shop bought ones. I also make all mine and if I was expecting to loose a few, like in your situation I'd have just used something expendable like a piece of peacock quill. Good luck.

Great place to fish ,Watch out for the weavers and puffer fish as theyre venemous .Some great fish to be caught on lures from the rocks or harbour lighthouse .
