I'm not sure if it really takes 10 hours to get on a board on average. Maybe it's possible to get on a board without much control, riding upwind, etc. It took me 40 hours too to be fully independent in this sport as well and I've met at least two people who spent the same amount of time for learning it, but in general everyone is different.

Wow. What an amazing experience! I'm not sure I am brave enough to do this, but I do believe that we all have a divine/source energy essence. Getting even the smallest taste of that love and connection is an amazing thing.

Thank you for this insightful share. So often, when I talk to people who have done it… I only hear about the chaos and intensity. This is a very cool breakdown. I haven’t felt called to Aya yet, but it's nice to have a clearer idea of the process through your lens (what a wild night before, too. haha)

Cory, thanks for being brave enough to share this radical experience. I look forward to working with your company in the future. Many blessings. My favorite part is you saying “This light is part of me”.

Algorithms did great this time. Im Brazilian but live in Seattle (will be going to Preá in 3 months, let’s connect @rodrigomlep). Just spent the weekend in Hood River and had to do self-rescue and was put in some really awkward positions. I think kitesurfing teaches you how to assess risk, know your limits and stay calm under pressure. It is one of the best decisions I have made last few years and I just wish my friends did it cuz it is one of the most beautiful experiences you can have in life kiting in a gorgeous sunset.

Self love is the best love. Being the sober one in the room is motivating and empowering for others. "When we relearn something we can also choose the destiny and destination for which we take it." Always inspiring.

Great video, Cory! I'd love to implement this strategy into my routine so that I could start an online fitness business alongside my current in-person personal training business. I want to develop the right mindset to make my goals a reality and overcome bad decisions and negative thinking. Thank you for the great advice!
