Mirio can do crazy stuff with the right assists. Example: R, A, A, A, Q2, Q2, Level 1 Super, Jiro assist (frame perfect and character specific), R, A, A, A, Q2, Q2, Level 1 Super, Nejire assist (also frame perfect), air dash, A, A, Q1. It's around 90% damage and doesn't require wall to work.

here how to make that even quicker because farming them as they are now is dull : download Wemod , activate the "Summon shenron without balls" cheat, and do your wish that way. Just don't be an ass and use the cheats while playing online, not even sure they work anyways

This also works with any character that has a kamehameha style attack. Great way to get proficiency up at the same time

Btw to get rising fighting spirit you need to be like level 18 or 19 i think I also think you can wish for it with the super dragon balls

Note that the drop rate for getting the Dragon Balls is quite low. Heard Porunga's is like 5% or something. I had to do the method shown here for a bit in order to get a full set, but its the quickest way I've tested so far.
