I think so down the ramp but the last time we camped there, we went to Buckhorn Day Park to swim instead. It was low tide back then so they allowed vehicle to drive right by the water but not when water is up…

It’s at Irwin Road. It’s the road right before Buckhorn Camp. If you google map it, you’ll see it.

It’s right off the freeway and commercial buildings - near Costco, eateries on its side and houses across the freeway. Didn’t see any people loitering during our stay there. They have security guards that do rounds all day. It was decent and clean during our stay then.

Burbank is one of the better cities near LA. It is a separate city from LA and has its own police & fire depts. Much less riff-raff than LA.
