Genuine advice here: Since I'm assuming this is one of your first attempts at this, it is to be expected that it wont be great from the start, which is fine and how we all start off. The flaws that I see off the top of my head would be some of the parts that aren't in rhythm and the overall messiness of the song with how many notes it uses at once. Despite that, it does still give that unsettling tense 'chase' type feeling that you were going for, which is great and is actually what some musicians struggle with. Making music on music maker is also very tough, since it is more for small, short melodies. You will get better with practice if you are passionate about music, or really any other hobby. I would suggest looking into the basics of music theory online with tutorials, and maybe use other ways to make music, like looking at the midi data of some songs (midi data visualizes the notes like in music maker). If you are also interested in the 8-bit music style, then I would suggest looking into the composer Toby Fox, who shows how to use leitmotifs and other strategies very well in their music.

I'm guessing this is one of your first compositions so it was never going to be great on your first try, but it's like that for everyone so don't feel bad at all. It just takes time to learn how to use rhythm and what notes to use when, and that only comes with experience studying or practicing music making, so there are plenty of KZbin tutorials and such that can help you improve. I did want to add tho, even though the rhythm and notes were a little random and clashed quite a lot with each other, that actually helped give an unsettling feeling which fits a chase, so you've succeeded there at least 😎👍
