Great photos. I'd been admiring a number of them for years on the Net -- esp. some of home-front America during World War II -- without ever realizing who'd done them. What a talent she was (and what a delight magazines were in the decades when she flourished). Good to see this beautifully produced little tribute to her.

Underrated, underappreciated --- yet immortal, in my eyes. A consummate artist who caught so much of American life in the photographs of her time.

i don't know tuvan language..and never hear about Alash or Dyngyldai before.. but i can enjoy this song so much..'music' the language that's only possible to unify diverences, bounding diversites..

I love how they incorporate the drum, thats the one thing I think other throat singing groups need.
