Volete capirmi? Imparate l'Italiano. Gudbai.

Wow, this version is great...I feel like it's a bit lengthy but they could have cut it down a bit and kept the awesome bass groove at the beginning.

The tax man's taken all my dough And left me in my stately home Lazin' on a sunny afternoon And I can't sail my yacht He's taken everything I got All I've got's this sunny afternoon City's breaking down on a camel's back They just have to go, 'cause they don't know wack So while you fill the streets, it's appealing to see You won't get out the county, 'cause you're bad and free You got a new horizon, it's ephemeral style A melancholy town where we never smile And all I wanna hear is the message beep My dreams, they got a kissing 'Cause I don't get sleep, no My girlfriend's run off with my car And gone back to her ma and pa Tellin' tales of drunkenness and cruelty Now I'm sittin' here Sippin' at my ice cold beer Lazin' on a sunny afternoon Windmill, windmill for the land Turn forever hand in hand Take it all in on your stride It is ticking, falling down Love forever, love is freely Turned forever, you and me Windmill, windmill for the land Is everybody in? Oh, save me, save me, save me from this squeeze I got a big fat mama tryna break me And I love to live so pleasantly Live this life of luxury Lazin' on a sunny afternoon In the summertime In the summertime In the summertime In the summertime In the summertime Windmill, windmill for the land Turn forever hand in hand Take it all in on your stride It is ticking, falling down Love forever, love is freely Turned forever, you and me Windmill, windmill for the land Is everybody in? Lazin' on a sunny afternoon Don't stop, get it, get it Peep how your captain's in it Steady, watch me navigate Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha Don't stop, get it, get it Peep how your captain's in it Steady, watch me navigate Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha I've got addicted to this for a week after my research on the kinks, was writing a radio program telling the bands story. wish you'd upload the instrumental of this medley, and great collection of images on all your videos. Kudos to you.

[Verse 1] You say you stand by your man So tell me something I don't understand You said you love me, and that's a fact And then you left me, said you felt trapped Well, some things you can explain away But the heartache's in me till this day [Chorus] You didn't stand by me No, not at all You didn't stand by me No way [Verse 2] All the times when we were close I'll remember these things the most I see all my dreams come tumblin' down I can't be happy without you around So alone I keep the wolves at bay And there's only one thing I can say [Chorus] You didn't stand by me No, not at all You didn't stand by me No way [Bridge] You must explain Why this must be Did you lie When you spoke to me? Did you stand by me? No, not at all [Verse 3] Now I got a job, but it don't pay I need new clothes, I need somewhere to stay But without all of these things I can do Without your love, I won't make it through But you don't understand my point of view I suppose there's nothing I can do [Chorus] You didn't stand by me No, not at all You didn't stand by me No way You didn't stand by me No, not at all You didn't stand by me No way [Bridge] You must explain Why this must be Did you lie When you spoke to me? Did you stand by me? [Outro] Did you stand by me? No, not at all Did you stand by me? No way Did you stand by me? No, not at all Did you stand by me? No way
