Please make sure this building isn't one of the Sinking properties noted in the December 13th 2025 UM Study. Or near it. With all the construction going near by.

I wouldn’t mind living in a high rise but I fear the amount of strangers around do you feel safe as a woman in this apartment style?

And yes I feel completely safe because they have 24 hour security, cameras in all common areas, secure access through fob only to elevators and doors etc. That means only those who legally reside in the building and have passed a background check can be there in any of the spaces so it’s a very secure environment. I have always lived in condo and apartment buildings and feel extremely safe. The only issues I ever had was when I was house sitting in a multi million dollar single family home in Canada and had a break in. It was terrifying.

Meeee too! I lived on the Beach when I first moved to Miami but came over to the city side after a couple of years and have been here ever since. It's the best! And yes high ceilings and loft style units are my favorite. You have great taste!

This is a model unit and currently there is no availability in the building but if you like I can set up a notification list for anyone interested when one becomes available and provide pricing. Like I mentioned in my other comment the price varies depending on many factors including floor height which influences view. Glad you love it!

Only thing excluded is the only cool thing about the furnishings: the artwork. You can have all the Home Depot crap you want, at a generous mark up for them, of course. Basically, an odd and awkward layout for a lower floor small condo with a shitty sound system. Naturally done in builder white. Anyone who wanted to make it presentable would have to spend a minimum of another $150k in furnishings and interior decorator fees, and they'd still have a cramped space with an odd layout. Probably poor sound insulation and crappy construction as well. Loved how they took a very ordinary bathroom put a marble top on the sink and lined the standard issue shower stall with marble to make it look premium. 😜😜

Agreed! It's my favorite neighborhood. The shops and restaurants are larger than anywhere else in the city. Love the sense of space and style it brings to Miami!

too much stuff everywhere, don't like furniture at all, too many colors and wallpapers. Need to throw everything away and redesign it with european style designers, then it will look like a real candy.

It's so funny you say that because we have the same floor plan one level down listed as well and it is much more toned down. My colleague loved the simplicity of that one and I loved the whimsical design here. Although I agree with him in that the light fixtures in the kitchen are distracting instead of inspiring.
