Yo! Nice gameplay and UI. Whats the partyframes you are using? I see quazi edition? :)
@kethlock1178 күн бұрын
Thanks! Party frames are actually the Cell addon typically used for healing. But yeah, the rest of the Elvui, Details, and Plater are from Quazii

@@kethlock117 Nice, so u share the profile for cell? Might test it out :)
@kethlock1178 күн бұрын
@@brendengen There actually isn’t much to my Cell profile. I just installed it, resized the frames to fit my needs, set the anchor point to the top, and changed the order to always place tank on top, healer second, and then dps. Everything else I believe is default. I originally installed it for my prot Paladin since that tank class actually benefits from a good click casting addon, but I liked the look and functionality of it enough to use it across all my toons. Also forgot to mention in my original reply regarding my primary weak aura ability cluster, I use the one created by Luxthos. Been using his for several expansions now.

Nicely done! I've a little tip on the YT side of things: You could mention your class and spec in the title so people know what perspective this is from before they click on the video. 😊 A shame I could only hear the Shaman talk, would've loved to hear the full conversation.
@kethlock11713 күн бұрын
@@MarieBuns Thanks, I’ll start adding that to the titles. I typically like to post these so the shaman and I can review it if we have any concerns or questions about the run. As for adding in my voice, I use Nvidia Shadowplay to capture the original recording and I am able to record my voice, but for some reason my voice ends up being WAY louder in the final footage and I haven’t been able to figure out how to change that. I’ve tried changing it within the shadowplay settings, the windows settings, and the discord settings, and nothing seems to have any impact. 🤷♂️

keep this up please so I can remind people who never got to experience wildstar what they missed out on. This game was special, and challenging, and should have been huge but it came at the worst possible time when people wanted easier content games as opposed to challenging content.

Wasn't the problem more that they did stupid stuff with the servers which lead to tons of empty ones and 40 man raids?
@instynct023 жыл бұрын
@@shizachan8421 there were some ambitious moves they made that the playerbase wasn't ready for on the whole (very classic WoWesc attunements etc) and they were very ambitious with the amount of servers they put up as well.
@shizachan84213 жыл бұрын
@@instynct02 I think the problem wasn't that it was ambitious but kind of antiquated, because they had this rose tinted glasses in terms of wow classic as well as the mentality they could run a MMO targeting oldschool hardcore gamers. Wow didn't moved away from things like 40 man raids, attunement and other old features because the devs suddenly wanted to harm the game, but because those mechanics are just less appealing to a mass audience. Most players want convenience and be able to jump into the fun fast and WoW moved with the time. Doing 40 man raids during the time Wildstar was released was kinda insane. When Wow equally released 10 and 25 player modes, it already became clear that most players prefer smaller groups and nowadays, even 20 man mythic groups are insanely hard to full and most raid guilds fail at this requirement.

@@instynct02 For what I remember it was the PVP that lacked. The telegraph stuff was a mess in a scenario with more than 3v3. The servers too, it took them way to much to make the mega ones. Once they did, everyone already left.
@instynct023 жыл бұрын
@@TheDorianTube ya makes sense, I'll be honest, I loved the game for the first couple months and then had to move in the middle of attuning my characters and by the time I got everything up and running again I was already missing out on too much content. Thankfully I went back later to experience it all.
