2 things. Construction workers have to work within certain hours so as not to disturb residences unreasonably. Where I live it’s no construction between 9PM and 7AM. Having said that mowing a field is a one and done event not like construction which is every day for months.

There is a Chinese take away where my mam lives in Dublin, the guy who owns the Chinese was on the phone speaking pure Chinese with an accent hung up looked up at me and in the thickest Dublin accent ever said “alri love wha can I get ye?” I nearly died wasn’t expecting it at all
