This is the definition of "influence" according to Oxford Languages.

It's missing one word: Positive.

Meaning, when we give somebody a positive example to follow,

It can positively affect the way they think and behave, forever.

When done right, this can shift the trajectory of their career, business and life.

Influence should be filled with integrity and trust, helping YOU get more of what you deserve without sacrificing your values.

This is where I come in!

My name's Ravi Rajani and I've taught entrepreneurs, executives and teams at companies like Spotify, NetSuite & Sherwin-Williams how to master the art of influence through effective communication and storytelling.
