@@JoeDonBaker1969 Really? To be a “Tolerant Liberal” (to use your term), a person needs to be a critical-thinking individual, with boundaries, standards, (ie;a moral compass) and integrity. Together with reasoning can show tolerance responsibly. Your statement implies that you view “tolerance” as a blanket that anyone and everyone can access to feel the warmth and acceptance it gives. Certainly, that's not the way it works. Some people choose to behave in ways that inject hurt and pain or cause unnecessary despair and suffering upon the lives of the undeserving, to gain control or simply because they can. Whatever their motovation, do you think tolerance is the appropriate stance for individuals such as this? Liberal tolerance is everywhere that it's appreciated and valued.
