Man I think of this scene often. Time for that run at the park.

What's the song that Bojack listens to, is it Fortunate Son, or am I hallucinating?

Falcone was what a true mafia crime boss looked like. He really captivated you with every scene he was in. Pity he met his end the way he did, man deserved a lot better.

And you never are as terrible the first time you run ever. If you start running and make it a thing, you can take a break for 5 years and come back to it no problem. It’s like your body remembers. It’s still tough but never as bad as that first time you ran for a minute. It’s kind of crazy.

I love this so hard. BoJack is finally looking to get back into the game of his life after he had checked out for so many years. And with how difficult that is, it seems so tempting to just give it up as a lost cause. And this guy comes in and gives him the most solid of reasons to keep going
@anle53334 ай бұрын
When you think about it, changing your bad habits and living well is like running; you have to choose it every day. Bojack didn't run very often after that, and his life repeatedly fell apart. This illustrates that even when you know you need to change, actually choosing to change is not easy. We often get sidetracked and forget our intentions.

I think about this every other day before my workout. This monkey is what I imagine every day before I start working. And I keep doing it every day. It got easier.

Ok but it literally does not get easier. Each year that passes I wish I died the year before more and more, its all cool and wholesome until you actually do fall into depression, I guarantee you whoever made this scene was never depressed in their life.

@@thematt523 not much but i did go to the gym 3 years and tried to get back into school Quit both things because of depression and i am now feeling incredibly bad every single day again You only feel bad if you feel bad forever, if the pain ever ends you were never in pain to begin with this is what most people do not understand

Disclaimer: you aren't supposed to run every day as a new runner. That's a sure path to overuse injuries.

I really like how bojacks own mind conflicts with the message hes been told in the video. (SPOILERS) in view from halfway down, his mind is telling himself to stop running and accept death. Which conflicts with the message of THIS scene saying to keep running. Really makes it clear that bojack is sabotaging himself. Love how bojack “kept running” though (as he survives in the finale)
