Correction here , the Prime Minister did not know what was happening until much later after the attack, hens the resignation of the two top armee guys, the reason been they're did support the leftist and wanted the prime minister out at all cost , they're are to blame for keeping those informations from him and for October 7th, Bibi was not allowed by the biden administration to dismiss them , as they're were supported by the leftists ( as is the deep state in Yisrael , Obama legacies) now with President Trump things are changing rapidly Understandably this interview was air one year ago , therefore we now know much more , So grateful for the courage of this young man and his service

Her description of a liquid condom sounds like spermicide ... Which wouldn't protect against STDs at all. Its none of our business if she has an STD though.

It could have been a better interview if the hosted had not interrupted a million times. Pretending to know more about a subject only the guest knew bc of her personal experience - after all, isn't that why she was invited?! And how disrespectful to pressure her to say the number of targets she was involved with, but the first chance she got she throws it back in her face, "I didn't sleep with 500 people!" wow, rude and disrespectful! Not to mention her disingenuous concern for her safety, asking if they "can they still come after you", pressuring for her name and the names of the targets! As far as the guest goes, wow, what strength and courage to face the world having endured such brutal abuse conditioning. And her poor dad, if he only knew what his little girl had to endure. Wish her the best finding a strong kind loving man to build a life together and be her biggest supporter fulfilling her next mission in life.

70lbs lost on ozempic. 100% its the diet. Ozempic helps keep the craving to a minimum. For those of us that have an unhealthy relationship for food to the point of obesity, it's necessary for some of us to quiet those cravings.

But it's not the "quality" of food...it's really about how much you eat and how much of that is protein. That's it. Seed oils are ok. Protein bars are ok. Keto bread is fine. I get the sense this guy will say something like clean eating is the only way to go. It's just not true

I love DR TYRA butttt…also she is coming off a little greedy to me. I totally feel the same about her going on this tour promoting “her” micro-dosing plan. And like you said she doesn’t take patients….AND she won’t recommend functional health or regenerative health practitioners that can help. Therefore, I conclude she doesn’t REALLY want to HELP people and she’s not really accessible….and people are sick from this medication. I feel like it’s a little sketchy to practice that way. At LEAST offer a list of people that took your courses..or come up with a certification program. 😒 Another idea is offering a more affordable version of the micro dosing courses for the public that is not for clinicians. DR. TYRA come on now… I understand wanting to get paid for your knowledge….but you need to rethink some things in your approach. Totally feels like you’re just hoarding information that can help people.

This is isn’t physicians making this impossible. In the majority of outpatient settings, it’s higher up management and admin dictating costs and how many patients physicians have to see. Inflated costs are also mostly due to the garbage that is health insurance in this country.

Not judging ourselves or others is the number 1 skill to learn. It is good if we can accept we are human, and our feelings. In fact, identifying our feelings & not judging ourselves over it is really what good therapy should give us. Sometimes it helps more to write than to talk.
