Thank you, I have had a set of 24 different color stripped fat quarts for years. I now know what to do with them. ❤

I tried to get the pattern on your website. It did the percentage to 100% then nothing happened?
@dclutterquilting19 күн бұрын
Not sure what the percentage thing is you are talking about. If you click on the picture of the block you want, it will download to your downloads folder and also bring up the pdf. If you are your phone, it will depend on your phone type. Send me an email from the contact page on the website and I will send it to you. Make sure to add the name of the block so I know what to send.

Thanks for taking time to review my Rapid Fire Lemoyne Star. You might be able to recreate the strip piece method, but getting blocks to measure to an exact size in more than difficult. The magic of the Lemoyne Star Tool is the patented guidelines that will give you extreme accuracy when you trim the pieced sections. This allows you to create blocks in exact sizes from 3" finished to 12" finished. Also because you create the block in quadrants getting 8 points to align in the center is no more difficult than aligning 4 pieced squares. Efficiency, Accuracy and Easy are three key components of all my tools and techniques.

OMG, 64 pieces for 1 butterfly!?!?!? That is slightly crazy. But it was very pretty. I like the other butterfly you did also and it is much more feasible to make a whole quilt with that pattern. Thanks for the reminder about your free patterns. I actually printed off your tree one, but did not make it yet. Next year, I hope. Glad you are feeling better! Happy Holidays!!

What a nice early Christmas present--a new video!! Have missed you. The quilt is pretty and I love the pattern you put on it. I would have used the gray thread but then I am not a fan of variegated. I think it looks great though now that it is done. I am going to email you about clamps and the 'old feet' you have for your Gammill. Merry Christmas!

This is an old Kansas star pattern. I will see if I can update the pattern I made for myself. It will need a video. It isn't easy to put together.
@tadaisyquiltsАй бұрын
You mentioned at the start of your video that you used both AutoCAD and illustrator. Can you be more specific and tell me what you used those for exactly? I’m trying to figure out if I need those programs or if I can just use art and stitch alone, thank you so much in advance.
@dclutterquiltingАй бұрын
You only need Art and Stitch. I use the others because it is easier for me to get an image that I like to trace from. You don’t need them and they are expensive with a long learning curve.

I have a big print this would be perfect. I use my Folded Corner runner to snowball all those. I use Roxanne’s glue baste on seam to hold it and trim off. The cut off I sew, especially at this size.
