It's actually a glitch that they patched . One of the characters from Los Santos was bugging in the ghost town and on the base.

C'mon man, search! I'm seeing some facts from the google. 1. Tempenny, Pulaski and 2 ballas that "Hangin' around the spot" trying to kill Sweet. But Sweet wasn't at CJ's house. So Beverly was killed. 2. Big Smoke was not there. He's still on Idlewood or on other places and it's still Grove territory. We can clearly see it at mission 97 : Grove 4 life that says : Take back Idlewood. 3. Big Smoke mission aren't useless. Try thinking this. If there aren't mission Running dog and Burning desire, Vagos have been spreaded fastly. If there aren't Wrong side of the tracks, Vagos have been attacked San fierro and making a mess. If there aren't Just bussines and Gray imports, Russians already on Los Santos. The REAL useless mission is OG Log mission. Just think why are you stupidly dancing for nothing? Or making a thousand dollar car not damaged for killing a friendly manager? Or killing Vagos with a bike that easy to fall off? Big Smoke thinks about CJ and Grove! So there is some facts that are real facts.

I would like to share my thoughts that because of a tenpenny refrence and the fact that she was found in both missions in vagos member's houses, I think Tenpenny is her boss, controlling her to get information from vagos (that's why she only works as a prostitute for vagos members as we didn't find her with any other gang) and also making her to date us to get information about the Grove Street family/gang or 2nd possibility could be that tenpenny is also working with vagos and everything else is same with 1st possibility and in both possibilities, the Burning Desire mission was staged and tenpenny purposefully sent us to that house to show her first introduction as an accident. one more note:- She doesn't forget us once we are out of Los Santos, you can hear her messeges on radio sometimes that she's missing us.

Gangs killed on missions do not raise your "enemy gangs killed" tally. The Vagos you kill on A Home In The Hills don't count as gang members. Killing the NPC that resembles Denise during A Home In The Hills won't affect your status with Denise. Get the point? Gangs on missions and other alleged characters are scripted NPCs.

Actually if you think about it, she could be a spy from vagos because: 1. She was in vagos house 2. she was burning in that house and was saved by CJ 3. She know CJ because is a vagos member and she knows very well the GSF leaders 4. She automatically understand that being the girlfriend of CJ will benefit vagos family
