Except Azhar and Sachin other batsman were very inconsistent.. Ravi Sashtri, Pravakar, Krish Sreekant, Manjrekar were not very constant in overseas.. India's dominence in world cricket were less those days specially in overseas.. In ICC tournament and multination tournaments India's performance were pathetic those days.. That is the reason after 1983 world cup, it to almost 20 years for India to be in a world cup final (2003). Played 5 wc and 1 champions trophy between 1983 and 2000 , but India was able to reach ICC tournament final first time only after 1983 is in 2000 ct and 2003 wc

He also jumped like that when he thrashed inside their own home on 1987 tour by winning both test and odi series. He then jumped again in 1989 when he won World Series Nehru cup in india. Even 1992 World Cup was won by Pakistan. Pakistan has a habit of losing one match to minnows and india is the lucky one 😂😂😂😂😂.
