hi, dear forum-mate. 😅 Encouraged by your video to do a ... lvl95 clear. But I used a different team from yours. Basically I used the Light meta team of Prompto/Sterne/Maria/Celeste, followed by Melissa/Kaito. So, in short, Celeste high-tech block can 99% mitigate the MP drain, we can OKTO the 2nd fight, then ... have to wait 2 turns for the damage mitigation of the final boss to wear off. Damn .. I resorted to using Melissa to revive everyone almost every turn, apply mitigation and hope for the best before throwing the kitchen sink at it on T5. Lucky indeed that the boss is not as tough as those in the past ...How you got no damages from the final boss is beyond me ... Also, answering my own question from another of your video - decided to go 13k lapis to get another FF. Finally collecting from my mailbox. Because I nailed the Purgatory trials, I actually netted another 12k lapis, I believe. Still have not collected my last FoL, and at 99k lapis now. 13k for a guaranteed pity sounds very, very reasonable, yah?

Watching this just for fun, ha. 😅 Now, the devs have actually given us 6 summon coins, of which if we just pull with, what, 13000 lapis, we can get yet another FF. So, I went ahead and exchanged for all her shards, and boom, another dropped from daily video. I can EX2 already then, it seems. Should i spend/waste another 13k lapis on her? Another 13+11=24k lapis for the card (went through the 1st step already)? Funny that I am still so stingy so near EoS, but hey, for once, something to care about again~! 😅

I'll have FF EX+2 tomorrow, lol. Accidentally pulled her from a random summon and then another from banner pulls. Looking forward to that chaos.

I did the same after an abysmal pull battle with Gerrtt84. I had enough lapis left over to do this! I had 0 luck with Eithne and FF, but got ex-2 Xon doing THIS. 👏

I was able to get him last week with a B ticket pull so i cant complain. Got 2x Eithne and Celeste from the VC banner. overall not bad luck for once

Hey Sartre, what a waste of lapis (imo), I don't understand why Sinzar & you go on this trap banner... you shouldn't take only the pity cost in mind. Here you have 30k for 1 unit + 50 frag, but very low chance to have a good unit considering the number of NV in the pool. And in any case, we'll have 1 free NV select ticket (including Xon) with fake lapis from 8th anniv.

Yea Xon is in the nv frag stepup fragment shop and ticket unit select, plus others, quick way to get an ex2

Was not lucky on Celeste any replacement? Eithne an option or Richt? Will reach lvl 99 first and start fool around to find what can work.

Congrats, dear forum-mate. 😃 I did get a 2nd newest-est Jecht and 2nd newest-est Lasswell from this Xon "banner" (2nd guaranteed NV+ is Celeste, after I had dung-frag-ed her to EX2). Also, pulled an Esther, ha. 😅 Else, it's a memory lane of sorts, the Chirzuru-s, the KoG-s, the Reberta-s, almost all the fan favourites, ha ... Actually I don't know how to use Xon too (having skipped his era entirely). You wanna make a video on that, *wink wink? And, man, if Dio-sy is NV+ like JP, I might have a decent Dark team too (Emerald/Jecht, Xon/vampire gal, Melissa, Fei/D.Fina/Ibara?) ... Guess I should look to clear more old trials. Have done so with Water (using your videos, of course 😅) My theory is that the foes should be weak(er) to Light or Dark, but likely not immune to both. So ... need to find time. And motivation. 🤔

I’m sorry that you had to go through all that. Honestly, the NV Guaranteed Step-up Summon is such a scam, especially with the bloated pool of NV’s you can get with this banner. 😞

Even though im not a huge fan of this game, As someone who was a Day 1 playing on a mobile game called “dissidia final fantasy opera omnia” i know how you feel. It recently got shut down in February due to this similar situation. It hurted me alot loved that game best gacha i ever played.

Power creep really killed this great game. Some of the newer trials just got ridiculously stupid compared to the well thought put older and fun trials.
