Singing Hare rama hare Krishna can strengthen sun (your ascendant lord) & moon. And do your best to remove any Rahu type pollutants and toxins from the body. Also consider looking to the trees related with your moon & ascendant nakshatra for more specific remedies. If you don't find anything there look more broadly at your planetary nakshatra and the trees and ayuirvedic medicines that relate with the Nakshatras

@@mikessleepingdog Thank you so much for your reply! I have Magha as the ascendant nakshatra. My sun and mercury(retrograde) is afflicted by saturn and rahu in 10th house taurus. I have moon in 8th house Revati as well. I followed a couple of times Ekadashi fast and I have also been thinking about becoming a vegetarian or a vegan recently. I saw some articles related to healing power of food by Anthony Williams in which he claims that almost every chronic disease could be cure if follow his certain diet recipe only for a period of time. May I ask your way to remove Rahu's harmful substances to the body please? Do you use ayurvedic medicines to treat diseases? Much thanks.

@@kenziewang66 You might want to avoid dark colours related to Saturn & Rahu. The main thing is just to remove dirt and pollutants from your life as much as possible. Try ing a vegetarian diet can be good; a pure diet would perhaps be even more important. Blood purification practices like Kapilbhati (breath of the shinning skull might also prove beneficial. I don't specialise in Ayurveda but if you send me a private message I can likely put you in tough with some people who could give you expert advice for your constitution, diet, herbal medicine and lifestyle. Alwasy honour your ancestors, even if they have brought you dishonour. And you might be surprised by the remedial effect of chanting Hare Rama Hare Krishna. There are groups chanting this all over the world; connecting with such a group might also help remedy your Mercury as well.
