Videos like this one mean I can create my own praise and worship time each day and add background music to my prayer and personal study times depending on how my health is each day. Many of the health challenges I face every day are ones that flare-up and take time to then settle back down to my "normal" levels. On the bad days and in the bad moments, when chronic pain, chronic fatigue syndrome and depression take my breath away, I know I can put on videos like these to listen to. They help me calm down and take my focus from me, from what the world may see as my problems/issues, and fixes my focus on my God (after all He is bigger than every single one of the "problems" that I face) . Even when the doctors don't know what has caused the last flare up of pain and discomfort in my life, even then; My God is bigger, He knows what is happening, He still blesses me with life and He is directing each moment of my life to fulfil His will, His plans for me. When I have done all He has planned, then and only then He will take me home. Until that day I will pray and praise, encourage and uplift others and do whatever I can to spread the message of LOVE. Just like a snail who leaves behind a trail wherever they go, one that reflects any light that shines, I hope to leave a trail of love behind me for those who need it, one that reflects the light (and love) of my God for His creation. I encourage you to continue to post videos, to be a blessing to people who need to know of God and his wonderful, life changing love. This song has given me peace and hope tonight.
